WATERWAYS SAFETY COUNCIL TO MEET AT PUT-IN-BAY ON JUNE 21

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Waterways Safety Council will hold its
quarterly meeting from noon to 2 p.m. on Monday, June 21, at the Crew's Nest
restaurant in downtown Put-In-Bay on South Bass Island, according to the
Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR).
The five-member citizen advisory council, appointed by the governor,
provides input on boating issues to the ODNR Division of Watercraft.
Council members will be briefed by the ODNR Division of Watercraft
on the status of ongoing projects and issues impacting recreational boating
in Ohio.
The meeting is open to the public. Persons interested in attending
