Fished the east side of Cedar Point Saturday afternoon and sunday morning 25 to 30 fow using rainbow jointed rapala's and same color on reef runners. Caught all but one on rapala's rainbow jointed the big ones I think #12's but all were rigged with a 2oz snap weight set 50\50 and on planner board. Trolled from East side of Cedar Point to 2 or so miles from Huron with most of the fish coming more towards Cedar Point. We ended up with two 10's three 7's two 5's and a three pounder. The planner boards were the ticket I think because my dad fished the other side of the boat with same lures on dipsey's downriggers and didn't get one hit till an hour before we left sunday and we put it on the planner board on my side of the boat and within 1 jour he had a fish.
The weather man called for big waves but it wasn't bad. Later
Tim
