Date Fished: Friday October 22, 2004
Location: Boating out of Walnut
Water Conditions: 1-3 ft waves

Report: After making it pass the sand bar at Walnut, the water was great! We had some really big fish on. We were successful with Blakemores from Poor Richards, the old style Jr Thundersticks, reef runners, and stinger spoons. Orange was the color of the day. Much thanks to "Sea Otter." Thanks also to Sherry at the Walnut office for keeping boaters aware of water conditions and boating safely. This season I have met some truly courteous and helpful Commission Staff, fishermen and boaters. I hope to make one more boat trip before retiring the boat for the winter.

Blessings and Fish safe
