WALLEYE:

Ardell Blair (Red Bird) and his Great Grandson Jase Paxton both of Greensville, Pa brought in Jases’ first Walleye for Junior Angler Award. It was 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 29 inches long with a 16 ¼ inch girth. They were out in 63 ft of water off Godfrey Run when it was caught. He was using Renosky plugs and the color was Yellow with Red head.

Twelve year old Matt Solbodnik of Herminie, PA brought in a 7 pound 15 ½ ounce Walleye for Angler Award. It was 28 ¾ inches long and had a girth of 16 ¼ inches. He caught it out in 50 ft of water NE of Walnut Creek on a Pink/White/Blue Lure off the Planer Boards.

Five year old Bridger Jamison of Orrstown, Pa brought in a 9 pound Walleye. It was 30 inches long and had a girth of 17 inches. He was out in 60 ft of water on the north side of the First Trench when he caught it. He was using a Renosky and the color was Pink. His father is a good friend of WCO Brook Tolbert and they all went out fishing with Moxie Man.

Seven year old Logan Jordan of Ridgeway, Pa brought in a 9 pound 13 ½ ounce Walleye. It was 29 ½ inches long and had a girth of 17 ¼ inches. He caught it out in 72 ft of water straight out of Walnut Creek on a Rapela Deep tail Dancer. The color was Blue/Purple.

PERCH:

Thirteen year old Adrik Sekely of Gibsonia, PA came in with an Angler Award sized Perch. It was 14 ounces, 12 ¼ inches long and had a girth of 8 ¼ inches. He was out in 55 ft of water straight out of Walnut Creek. He was using Watermelon lure and a night crawler.

The Perch seem to be in 47-50 ft of water from what I am told. Seems they don’t want to go out in deep water like they usually do.

The water this weekend is:

Friday is NorthEast / 10-20k / 2-4 ft waves.
Saturday is West / 15-25 knots /4-6 ft waves.
Sunday is West / 5-15 k / 1-3 ft waves.
