WALLEYE: Ardell Blair (Red Bird) and his Great Grandson Jase Paxton both of Greensville, Pa brought in Jases’ first Walleye for Junior Angler Award. It was 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 29 inches long with a 16 ¼ inch girth. They were out in 63 ft of water off Godfrey Run when it was caught. He was using Renosky plugs and the color was Yellow with Red head. |
Twelve year old Matt Solbodnik of Herminie, PA brought in a 7 pound 15 ½ ounce Walleye for Angler Award. It was 28 ¾ inches long and had a girth of 16 ¼ inches. He caught it out in 50 ft of water NE of Walnut Creek on a Pink/White/Blue Lure off the Planer Boards. |
Five year old Bridger Jamison of Orrstown, Pa brought in a 9 pound Walleye. It was 30 inches long and had a girth of 17 inches. He was out in 60 ft of water on the north side of the First Trench when he caught it. He was using a Renosky and the color was Pink. His father is a good friend of WCO Brook Tolbert and they all went out fishing with Moxie Man. |
Seven year old Logan Jordan of Ridgeway, Pa brought in a 9 pound 13 ½ ounce Walleye. It was 29 ½ inches long and had a girth of 17 ¼ inches. He caught it out in 72 ft of water straight out of Walnut Creek on a Rapela Deep tail Dancer. The color was Blue/Purple. |
